Sex hormones labs back - feedback please

I posted the other day about how to take estrogen and progesterone - continually vs cyclically - and now my latest labs are back (blood drawn on day 21 of cycle so luteal phase - I'm 50, my periods have been irregular for the past year). Ref ranges refer to "luteal phase" in the first brackets and "menopause" in the second (where available):

Oestradiol 37 pg/mL (ref 21-312) (<28)

Progesterone 1.0 ng/mL (ref 1.2.-15.9) (<0.2)

FSH 18.0 UI/L (1.4-5.5) (27-133)

LH 13.0 UI/L 0.6-14) (5.2-62)

Free testosterone <0.01 ng/mL (<0.01)

Total testosterone 0.29 ng/mL (0.10-0.70)

SHBG 91.9 nmol/L (20.0-155.0)

DHEA-S 107 ug/dL (56-283)

I am on Estrogel two pumps 25 days a month along with Utrogestan 100 mg 25 days a month and have been for the past six months.

I can also add that, last year in October, my FSH came back at 2.7 and my LH at 2.7 (on day 21 of then regular cycle); now 18 and 13 respectively.
