Could people PM me from this wonderful community who have seen Dr Parag Singhal - does he prescribe NDT (primarily Erfa) and dose by symptoms rather than blood tests? and not worried about a suppressed TSH? Secondly, does he prescribe T3, either NHS or privately, if a patient has never done well on T4 monotherapy and has poor conversion (DIO2 heterozygous). Thirdly, if a patient is on T4 only, is he happy for FT4 to go above range so that FT3 improves (on T4 only FT4 was 81% thro range and FT3 43%, TSH was 0.06)? See my profile for history. Any PMs really appreciated.
