Hi , I was wondering if anyone has tried bio warrior treatment , I have under active thyroid , but still have fatigue even though I am on Levothyroxine.

According to the reviews it seems to be helping people with thyroid problems, would be grateful for people’s opinion if they have tried this .

D ribose is worth looking at if you are still tired after you’ve tried everything else, diet absorption vitamins and optimal thyroid and adrenal meds.

My specialist recommended it to me.

So Biowarrier Nutrition are selling bottles of nascent iodine.

If you are considering this then get a non-loading iodine test first then read and act upon their Health Disclaimer

Do not use this product without appropriate medical care and consultation. If you suspect you have a medical problem or disease please consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment.

Iodine used to be used to treat overactive thyroid. Iodine deficiency is uncommon in the UK, it is easily available in food such as milk, yogurt, cod, haddock, etc. Iodine is also in Levothyroxine (not as an added ingredient). Iodine should only ever be used under the supervision of an experienced practioner and only if tested and found to be deficient.

If you are still fatigued, look at the whole thyroid picture:

TSH

FT4

FT3

Thyroid antibodies

and

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

All nutrients need to be optimal for thyroid hormone to work so it's essential to test them, low levels bring their own symptoms, some of which cross over with hypothyroidism.

I’d privately test your T3 as NHS probably won’t agree to do so. T3 gives you energy and helps metabolism. Medichecks do a test kit for around £50.
