NDT split doses ...

I take 3,5 grains of Thai- ndt(Thiroyd) in divided doses. 2 grain in the morning, one gr. at 2 pm and 1/2grain in the evening. My problem is that the afternoon&evening doses give me some anxiety (and it lasts about half an hour).

How could I avoid this problem, it's very annoying.
