We really need the ranges for those results, because they vary from lab to lab. But, your TSH is so high, it's obvious that you need an increase in dose of levothyroxine. 25 mcg is a very, very small dose. How long have you been on that dose?
That is wrong, I'm afraid. It doesn't matter what your age, when you are taking thyroid hormone replacement, your TSH should come down to 1 or under - wherever you need it to make you feel well. A TSH of 8.9 is not normal for anyone.
Do you have a range for the FT4 and the antibodies, please?
It could be due to a lot of things. But, yes, it could be due to being hypo. Have you had your ferritin tested? Or your B12? If they are low they could cause breathlessness.
But I don't think it has anything to do with the levo.
