I am increasingly concerned that my local GP will stop my Liothyronine and to this end have asked my Greek friend to send me some T3. Please can anyone advise me as to what the required wording of the prescription might be? Thank you as always for being a great forum and a huge support for Thyroid sufferers.

I don't think a UK prescription will be filled in Greece. What is mentioned here about private prescriptions for T3 being filled outside the UK is for those sent to Germany. Details here

Although T3 is supposed to be prescription only in Greece, occasionally an odd packet can be obtained from a pharmacy here or there.
Thank you for your reply. I am on T3 currently but remain constantly concerned that at any moment it will be stopped. When this occurred in 2017 I was ill for almost a year. I now rarely attend the surgery for any matter for fear that they will ‘review ‘ my medication. What a tragic situation we find ourselves in.
As long as we're part of the EU, prescriptions issued in the UK should be fine in another EU country (if the medication is available):

I think the thing to watch is the dose stated - UK is 20mcg whereas some other countries are 25 mcg.
Your friend should be able to buy it without prescription.
Not all pharmacists stock it, & some say it doesn't exist, but s/he should be able to get one to order some if she's a local.
