What is it you want to know?
From replies to previous posts you know that TSH over 10 and below range FT4 = overt hypothyroidism and you have been diagnosed and are on Levo. You should be retested 6 weeks after starting Levo, then have an increase in dose, with repeat tests/increase in Levo every 6-8 weeks.
[If you want your results interpreted, you need to give the reference ranges as they vary from lab to lab.]
TPO more than 1300
The usual range for this is <34, sometimes <60. Yours are obviously raised which means that you are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's which is where the thyroid is attacked and gradually destroyed. Hashi's is the most common cause of hypothyroidism. Fluctuations in symptoms and test results are common with Hashi's.
Some members have found that adopting a strict gluten free diet can help, although there is no guarantee.
Gluten contains gliadin (a protein) which is thought to trigger autoimmune attacks so eliminating gluten can help reduce these attacks.
You don't need to be gluten sensitive or have Coeliac disease for a gluten free diet to help.

Supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily can also help reduce the antibodies, as can keeping TSH suppressed.
Hashi's and gut absorption problems tend to go hand in hand and can very often result in low nutrient levels or deficiencies.
Thank you Hun but still feeling confused 😐 going to see GP again this morning ....
Don't worry too much because before we get to the right dose, we feel we cannot fathom out what's going on. We feel ill yet doctors don't understand why as they never take a Full Thyroid Function Test, nor take vitamins/minerals into account if they're low.
NEED HELP PLEASE
6 weeks later my blood test results are now
Serum TSH LEVEL 4.08 mU/L (0.35-5.5)
Serum free T4 level 13.7
Pmol/L (10.0-19.8
Dr says to continue LEVOTHYROXINE 25mcg even though I still have no improvement and feel ill ??
You need an increase of 25mcg and retest in 6 - 8 weeks. This pattern of increase and retest should continue until you feel fine.
