Hi, I’m looking to add T3 to my levo thyroxine dosage ( 11 years hypothyroid diagnosed and treated with T4) as my T3 levels are consistently very low despite high dosages of levo thyroxine. I’m 8 weeks after having a little boy and need my energy :).

Ariemai6 Your hormones may not yet have settled down after the pregnancy and birth so it would be worth doing full thyroid/vitamin testing before adding T3. Nutrient levels need to be optimal before considering T3. If you post results of new tests for the following, in a new thread, members can comment:
TSH
FT4
FT3
Thyroid antibodies
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
