Hi here are my recent blood tests are they all ok?

TSH 0.714 range 0.27-4.2

FREE T3 3.55 range 3.1-6.8

FREE THROXINE 18.6 range12-22

THYROGLOBULIN 57.3 range 115

THYROID PEROXIDASE 49.6 range 34

Hi Elizabeth, they are only OK if you are feeling well. I looked at your other post and the numbers were better than they are now. Are you still on 75 mcgs. of levo? Your FT3 has been too low which means your liver is not converting your T4 into the active T3 efficiently. Different reasons are low ferritin, low B12 and folate, high cortisol, low D.

If you have deficiencies, possibly adding Betaine HCL with meals with encourage better metabolism especially amino acids and minerals. Some add T3 to their levo which actually is a better therapy than levo alone.

I am still experiencing muscle pain and fatigue and am still on 75mg the medicheck says that I am on the right does and T3 free isn't needed don't know what to do for the best.

T3 isn't needed? That's the only hormone I take because it is the one that is definitely needed. T4 only helps you if it is converted into T3. While your FT4 is in the upper range, do you see that your FT3 is very low in the range. They should both be in the upper range. You will always have the muscle pain in my opinion unless you get your FT3 over 5.0. health.howstuffworks.com/hu...
