So you are not on any thyroid 'meds'? The two raised thyroid autoimmune antibodies show you have Hashimoto's disease, where antibodies attack the thyroid gland mistakenly believing it to be 'alien'... dead thyroid cells, along with their hormones, are dumped into the blood stream intermittently creating peaks of thyroid hormone. Your blood tests can look like you are swopping between hypo- and hyper- thyroidism, which confuses doctors. Eventually the thyroid gland is compromised enough to make you permanently hypothyroid and you'll need thyroid 'meds' for life. Your bloods indicate your TSH is very low...so perhaps it is not primary hypothyroidism....another member might comment on this. Doctors tend to ignore Hashi results as they cannot treat it, but you could try controlling your Hashimoto's antibodies by trying a gluten free diet; characteristic of Hashimoto's is poor gut absorption resulting in poor nutrients from food, drink and supplements- worth getting folate and ferritin as well as VitD, and B12 tested as these 4 need to be optimum for good thyroid health/ conversion T4 to T3.
Oh ok, so if on levo 125 mcg already, then you are not too bad...how do you feel? You could try increasing your T4 by say 12.5 to 25 mcg to raise you FT3 a little if you have hypo symptoms, but as I said earlier you might be in a peak due to Hashi at the moment. Get your 4 Vit/ mins tested - might be best step. You are converting T4 to T3 well.
I have redone the blood tests through blue horizon this morning before taking my thyroxine they test eleven elements so we shall see will post when I get them
