I assume it is o.k. and this is an excerpt:-

There were no interactions found in our database between Benadryl and liothyronine - however, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Always consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

I would take them apart from each other as that would lessen the chance of getting any reaction should there be one.

From my experience, yes! Until I was diagnosed and started taking levothyroxine I never had hayfever since then I get hayfever symptoms even when there is no pollen! And for a long while I routinely took an antihistamine with my levothyroxine every night, which helped with the adverse affects I put down to levothyroxine! I discussed this with my endocrinologist and my GP and none of them raised an eyebrow, which is pretty much par for the course anyway but Antihistamines definitely helped me and didn’t seem to cause any problems with thyroid hormone activity.

Yes your totally fine I take cetirizine hydrochloride every day for a histamine disorder. I take my Levo in the morning and antihistamine mid afternoon.

Hi

I take levothyroxin in the morning and prevalin 3 X a day, I feel I haven't got Hay fever once I've used it(nose, spray) love and hugs to you all Lynne xxxx

T3 should be taken apart from other meds & supplements anyway.

I’ve read some folks take them to ameliorate the side effects of some NDTs. Wish I’d known that sooner. :-/
