Someone explain very well on the forum ;you'll probably feel hypo, because your T4 will be too low. To get around that, some people are combining T4 with NDT. There are some examples here: tiredthyroid.com/blog/2014/...
It takes time to sort out the correct dose, I have read you blood test results and there was no FT3 done, however your T4 was much too high on NDT. Perhaps you should give it more time on two grains, how do you take them?
Sounds like over medicated. Definitely decrease dose. NDT has both T4 and T3 - my experience is that one finds optimal health on much less NDT compared to T4 only. More esp
Especially if one is taking selenium, Vit D, etc. (post was broken accidentally) but again. Classic signs of overmedicated - it’s working! All too well. For me initial dose was 3 grains (not uncommon for Drs here to start out with that mega dose - they have no idea! USA). In less than 3 weeks I had similar symptoms as you describe. Gradually reduced to 1 grain and am as right as rain. Still have tinnitus - but at 62, can rarely remember not having it - medicated or not. I’m almost afraid to tell my Dr how little I take. Pay the same amount for 30 or 90 tablets. (Insurance structure)
It’s your call of course, but don’t be afraid to reduce dose gradually. I cut pills back by 1/4 until I was taking only 1/2 of one pill rather than 2 - which amounts to about 1 grain. Have been on NDT for 5 years. I cannot go back to T4 only.
