Subclinical hypothyroid

H.. Before 1 1/2 year I find my tsh 6.70 (lab normal 0.5__4.70),normal ft4 ft3 (midle range), normal blood test, normal ferritin, vitamins, negative antibody. I check my thyroid with ultrasound I find 2 nodule <1cm.. Nithink else all normal. I was suffer from joint pains and muscles pains. Not every day.. I start Lebo I change 3trade marks, my DC gives me 25mcg,, after 2 weeks I was feel 80% bad. And every day brain fog joit and muscles pains. My tsh go 3.5 after 3.months, ft4 and ft3 normal -but lower -and I suffet80%more... I stopped., after 3 month my tsh 5.70, with normal ft3 ft4 again and negative all antibodys, I found blood test before 11 year and I was again at 4m70tsh with negative antibody normal ft3 ft4...it was a typical blood test that period Now I check again my thyroid 2 times, without t4hormone I feel 80%better sometimes I feel joint pains and muscles pains iam personal trainer I work out every day I eat healthy always. I, I don't take anythnk,, I cut gluten for 6nonths, nothink change. I don't hve problem with gluten. I check yesterday again my tsh now is 4.90(range 0.5 to 4.70)""ft3 ft4 normal middle range, negative all antibodies. I ask 3 DC nobody knows what to do... I have g6pd defiency from birth that's mean always I have low glutathione. I don't have any other health problem I check everuyhink at hospital. Opinions??" iam. Male 47yr with normal weight
