I’m looking for some advice after getting my blood test results back and having raised TSH levels. I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant and have been getting extremely tired, to the point where I’m having a conversation and fall asleep! Around 4/5pm I get freezing cold, I literally shake. My hair has started to fall out more, I’m constantly thirsty and I get very dizzy.
I had put this down to being pregnant but my GP did some blood tests and my TSH has come back 8, serum free T4 13.5 and Serum ferritin level 30.
In 2016 my TSH was 1.8.
Could this mean I have a underactive thyroid? And if this is the case is it likely the GP will treat it with the levels as they are?
Thank you for any advice

On a blood test I had last year my vitamin D was low so I have been taking supplements for that. I’m unsure if I have been tested for folate or B12 this time, will the result say this or does it come under something else? I have just read my results online at the moment and waiting to speak with the GP
