I was wondering if I was supposed to be on medications, but I am not. The symptoms are I am very cold and tired most of the time. It will be 70 in the house and I will have on a sweater, coat, sweat top, and cuddle duds. Is there something that I am supposed to take? If so, what? PS I like my endo. I feel that she is thorough unlike someone before her. Do not know what my T3, T4 is. Do not even know what to ask? Help please.

TSH

Free T4

Free T3

Thyroid antibodies

Please ask for your results with the reference ranges. Make sure you're tested for Free T4 and Free T3, not Total T4 and Total T3 as these aren't much use, it's the Free T4/T3 results that tell us what we need to know.

I got only Tsh values biggee than normal, and i did also a scan of my thyroid and the endo put me on medication, but i did not have only these simptoms.. i really felt bad.. if you do not experience more symptoms maybe it s ok to relax a bit, under stress the tyroid is a mess

Thanks Oanav. I'll try to relax more. I worry about the big C since my sister recently died of colon cancer.
