That's pretty straightforward really. It's telling you that ideal T4 replacement (i.e. dose of Levo) is indicated by a TSH result of between 0.2 and 2.0. Your TSH result is 0.3 so it comes within the range they say is ideal.
However, that's not the full picture so we can't really say how good your result is. Tests need are
TSH
FT4
FT3
But unfortunately, many doctors (or labs) only test TSH and think it's enough. TSH is not a thyroid hormone, it's a pituitary hormone, the pituitary checks to see if there is enough thyroid hormone, if not it sends a message to the thyroid to produce some. That message is TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone). When there is not enough thyroid hormone (natural or replacement) TSH will be high.
If there is enough hormone - and this happens if you take enough of any replacement hormone (eg Levo) - then there's no need for the pituitary to send the message to the thyroid so TSH remains low.
So to know your actual thyroid hormone levels, FT4 and FT3 are needed. Because all the tests aren't always done by our GPs (or labs), many of us do private tests with one of ThyroidUK's recommended labs.
