I take both, I've not had any reaction to them. Some people find they react to one brand or another because of different fillers. Best to stick to one brand when you know it suits you, rather than mix or change brands. Some other medications may interact or cause their own symptoms.

I felt a reaction to T3, so took it middle of the night instead...thought about taking yours in one dose theninstead of spilt up?
Hi There...thanks
I was told to mimic a drip feed for T3 as it has a short half life and is gone in 8 hours. Unlike T4 which takes at least a week to metabolise. Not convinced its the T3 as I take this every 8 hours and it is only the night dose T4( just the once) and T3. I wake up so groggy and the further I get away from that dose the better I feel! If I take it on waking same effect, but head fog lasted longer if I remember correctly.
Unfortunately we all seem to be so different...levo is comparatively easy to take but after nearly a year i’m still adjusting T3, and now back to having a go at both T3/4 doses, and timings....I think I have different needs in warm or cold weather, which is probably not surprising if they are controlling our ‘energy’!
My brain stops working if I don’t have enough T3. I take mine about 4a.m. In one dose.
