I've been using liquid but it needs to be kept in the fridge and I forget to take it. I could do with a tablet or capsule. Any recommendations?
Also if I wanted to blood test a range of minerals, does anyone have a specific test they like? I haven't done one for minerals in general for a while.

If you put "Minerals" into the search bar at Medichecks, it comes up with a list of individual ones and some are included in certain test bundles. There is also a "Mineral Check", not sure if that includes what you require
As your TPO antibodies are close enough to the top of the range to suggest you might possibly have Hashi's, then an oral spray or liquid is going to give better absorption than a tablet/capsule/softgel. Why not write a note that you will see when you are preparing breakfast (or whatever meal you take our D3 with) to remind you. I started off with my vitamins by making a spreadsheet and ticking them off when I took them. It soon became a habit and I knew which to take at what time of day and didn't need the reminder after a while.
I used to do that with a list. But now everything is together except the D3. But am I making life harder for myself by thinking I have to allow 4hrs from thyroid meds before I take D3?
I was right then. I'm fine taking iron in the evening and magnesium at bedtime. But I shouldn't take D3 with Iron I presume? I need to have the D3 at work for mid afternoon I think.
Blimey! Can't afford that all singing all dancing test. I will get the iron, D3 etc covered in my next Blue Horizon thyroid test. I just wanted things like magnesium, potassium, zinc, copper that sort of thing. I used to get one through Genova, but haven't used them in a while. I wanted to know what else was around.
