If you are not then your results are euthyroid (normal) although FT4 is quite low in range.
Did you do this test early in the morning , no later than 9am, after an overnight fast and drinking water only (delaying breakfast and any tea, coffee, etc)?

Vit D 32nmol/L is only 2 points above where the NHS should Provide loading doses of D3 totalling 300,000iu over a number of weeks. Ask GP if he is willing to do this. If GP offers anything less than loading doses, come back for guidance on what dose of D3 to buy and the important cofactors needed when taking D3.
What's the range for Folate, that result seems very low.
Was CRP raised? Ferritin can be raised by inflammation or infection. CRP is an inflammation marker and if this is raised then it's likely that Ferritin is raised due to infection.
