I am new here. My latest blood panel indicated:I have low %saturation. The blood panel was 17% Sat the standard range (20-55%sat). I have not a clue what that means. The other ValueStandard Ranges are:

TRANSFERRIN252 mg/dL173 - 382 mg/dL
I was told to cont. my taking Iron. I took this test from a hematologist; I will see him in 3 months. He told me to double the iron pills. I am still very tired but memory etc doing well. Does anyone take those Ancestral supplements grass-feed organ beef (freeze-dried) from the Netherlands, for Iron? I have not had meat/chicken or lamb for 12 years. I do have hypothyroidism.
