I took this for a couple of years(supposed to decrease anxiety)alongside non-acidic vitamin C 1000.No idea if it,or biotin or L theanine helped.Can you post the link to L lysine & Hashis's?
I take it at night, before bed on empty stomach. It's supposed to also increase GABA, a calming neurotransmitter.
I had taken it years ago for anxiety as Naomi said, then stopped, but read that it helps battle Epstein-Barr virus which is implicated as a cause of thyroid problems, so started it up again.
I am taking it (just started) to help (hopefully) increase ferritin and zinc levels. Not sure if it’s working yet. I’ve not read that it had to be taken on an empty stomach and not sure I can fit that in. Have quite a complex medication and supplement routine as it is!
