Hey, hope you’re all well! I found out last week that I’m severely deficient in vitamin D and have started on 20,000IU twice a week, with which I also take vitamin K2 and magnesium. I’ve also started taking B12 again, omega 3 and ferritin as these were below optimum too.
The problem is, I feel awful. My whole body aches and I feel mildly nauseous constantly from how tired I am. I feel so exhausted and drained that it’s scaring me and I feel like something is seriously wrong. Could it be the overload of vitamins making me unwell? Should I keep pushing through until these ‘side effects’ hopefully go away?
