Help requested interpreting lab results

Hi all,

I would very much appreciate your help in interpreting my latest lab results, see below.

I decided to have FT3 and rT3 and other values checked in a private lab because my endo didn't do so. Reason is remaining hypo symptoms. My levo has been increased from 0.137 to 0.15 per day since mid December and I feel it is a bit of an improvement, noticable since about a week now, but not enough to reduce symptoms (lack of energy, constipation, weight gain, cold, hairloss, dry eyes, dry skin, raynaud-like symptoms, joint and muscle pains/aches). Besides the levo I use 10 mcg Cytomel in the morning and 10 mcg in the evening.

Other reason for this check is that I am not sure what symptoms are being caused by thyroid, or by being in (peri)menopause, or by low grade inflammation.

I checked copper to check zinc/copper balance.

I left 24 hrs between last dose of both medications and the blood draws. I know for cytomel 12 hrs would be enough but because of slow digestion I decided 24 hrs.

I now especially wonder, although FT3 looks fine, if I should have my levo reduced and my cytomel increased, because of the T3/rT3 ratio. Any ideas?

I would be happy to hear what your interpretations and suggestions are.

Thanks!
