Can anyone diagnose my condition?

Hello, can you help me? My TSH level is 0.53 mu/L [0.35 - 4.94] and my free T4 level is 17.1 pmol/L [9.0 - 19.0]. From the information given can you tell me which I have, Hypo or Hyper thyroidism

Neither, I would say. Those results look fine. But, you'd know more if you had your FT3 and TPO/Tg antibodies tested.

Should get them back today, so I will repost them. I really don't feel right. When exercise let's say half an hour. I need to go to bed for an hour or two the next day, through being tired and aching.

Could be that you have low T3, then. Do you have any sort of diagnosis from your doctor?

Yes, they say I have hypothyroidism. Plus, my results for T3 have come back and are 4.4 [2.6 - 5.7]. Which are dead centre. So why do still feel not right? It's driving me crazy

Because dead centre is not right for you. I don't know why doctors are so pleased with themselves when results come back middle of the range. It's rarely high enough for a lot of people.

No, of course you don't. That wouldn't help your thyroid, anyway. At best it would mask your symptoms. Are you taking levo or something?

So, not a terribly high dose. I think you could do with an increase.
