my latest labs on 25mcg Tiromel and 125mcg of T4 are:
TSH: 0.02
FT3: 5,6 (3,13-6,76)
FT4: 15,7 (10,6-22,7)
Ferritin: 62 (30-400)
Can I increase T3 by 6.25mcg based on the test ? The day before the test I did split my dose into two 12.5mcg doses, one in the morning and one 12 hours before the test.
thanks

Your ferritin is just under 9% of the way through the reference range. Assuming your serum iron is equally bad (an assumption I'm NOT justified in making without evidence) then you need to supplement iron to improve your levels. For optimum levels of iron and iron-related measures, see this link :
In addition to that you would probably feel best if your ferritin was roughly mid-range or a smidgen higher.
If you are feeling fatigued your low ferritin will definitely be contributing to that problem. If you live in the UK then you can get this test done using a finger-prick test, and it is well worth doing :
Supplementing iron isn't something people should do without adequate testing, because iron is poisonous in overdose. You can have the following combinations along with your low ferritin :
low ferritin/low serum iron
low ferritin/mid-range serum iron
low ferritin/high serum iron
What you do about your low ferritin is determined by your serum iron level and your transferrin saturation level.
