Hi Thanks for previous advice on my blood results re Hypothyroidism .. I am now commencing Adrenal support and will enquire about the possibility of commencing T3 alongside my Thyroxine as apparently under-medicated . Another issue I have is excessive sweating.. Don't believe it to be hyperhidrosis as it really only occurs with any physical activity ( I muck out my horses every day and every day is the same i.e head neck breasts back are soaked not feet or hands regardless of the weather ) house work etc etc . I have had a hysterectomy oophorectomy but don't know if this is the cause . Or the meds I take for Arthritis ? Also coffee make me sweat so assume thats the caffeine in it. I understand low B12 can cause sweating but as you can see mine is good as I take a supplement (was low and use to have injections )
Thank you for any advice

Yes, re your thyroid results, you appear to be undermedicated - your FT4 is not even midway in range. Before adding in T3 I'd suggest you first optimise your FT4 by increasing your Levothyroxine, and see what happens to your FT3 as a result. I can't help with your sweating I'm afraid, only to say I've had the same problem for years and it's revolting and embarrassing. Hopefully others may have some advice for you on that.
Thank you so much for that I have a Dr ringing this afternoon so will make those suggestions .However having paid privately for the T3 tests as the surgery said even if they requested it the Lab wouldn't perform it ? Rather costly to prove you are ill !! I will have to save for the next T 3 test
Bloods should be retested in 6-8 weeks. Along with vitamin D and ferritin too if not been tested
You may need futher increase in Levothyroxine
You may need injections of B12. Supplements may not be good enough. Did sweating start after B12 injections stopped?
Perhaps ask advice on PAS healthunlocked
New NHS England Liothyronine guidelines November 2018 clearly state on pages 8 & 12 that TSH should be under 1.5 when on just Levothyroxine to be adequately treated
