Advice on new test results.

Hi everyone,. I need some help looking at my test results. I was feeling good and some how have slid backwards. I was on 113.5 of nature thyroid and after suffering hyper symptoms, it was decreased to 97.5. And now I am all out of sorts. When I was still feeling hyper, she told me to take half. I thought I was splitting the higher dose she, but I am not I have been splitting the 97.5 in half for the last month. These tests were done on 48.8 of NT. I am not sure of what doseage I should be taking after I looked at the bottles today. Brain fog. 😱🤬

All my numbers have stayed pretty close to the same for the past year except for the results I put in ( ).

TSH. O.03. 0.40 - 4.50. (4.39 Dec '17)

T4 Free. 1.1. 0.8 - 1.8

T3 Free. 3.1. 2.3 - 4.2

Reverse T3. 6. 8 - 25

Thrroglobin antib. 41. (16. Dec '17)

Thyroid antib. 361. ( 543 Dec '17)

I also had highs in two of the tests for the EPV virus. and I'm not sure what that means.

I'm not sure if I should keep my NT at the same doseage or increase because I think from reading everything, no one feels good at such a low doseage. I'm so tired I could sleep for days, so I can't think straight.

Thanks for the help as always.

Your thyroid labs look pretty good, but looking at them your Ft4 is about 30% and T3 42%.

You said that you were having hypo symptoms, but what exactly were you having? Have you tested your vitamins, D, B12, iron, adrenals?

You def sound hypo, but wondering why you were having a hard time going up.

I’m all over the board the last few months which is why she decreased my meds. Not sleeping, anxious, heart palpitations. So she thought I was hyper.

I’m not feeling any better having decreased them do you think I should go back up and increase my NT again.

My vitamin D was finally up to about 85.

I’m not sure what tests I should look at for the Vitamin B’s and where the result should be.

My iron is okay not great but not low enough to treat.

I am going to do the saliva test in the next few weeks and see where they are.

My NP is so busy it’s hard to get an appt that’s not scheduled so I have to try and figure out this myself until I see her in February.

Thanks for the help and advice.

If you have your labs and ranges post them. It's hard to just say not low enough. Trust me I've done that for years. What's normal for them is not always good enough for us. I am one that has a horrible time adjusting thyroid meds.
