Hello again when on ndt is your aim to get your t4 and t3 in the 3/4 range. If your blood is taken early morning but after the 8-12 our gap would that give you a false low t4 reading and t3 reading.

That's for when you're on Levo only. When taking NDT or T3, it generally lowers FT4 but as we're all individual we're all different where we need our levels. Some of us do fine with a low in range FT4, some of us need it higher in range. So there's no recommended aim when on NDT, it's just where you need your levels to feel well but keeping in mind that FT3 should stay in range.
