Multiple issues with hashimoto out of the blue

Hello,

this August they gave me 25mcg of levothyroxine which was really good for me.

However, since my TSH was around 5, a doctor prescribed me 50mcg 4 days per week and 25mcg 3 days per week. I haven't had any symptoms transferring to this dosage which happened 5 weeks ago.

However, in the past week, I am having very weird symptoms. At first, I had muscle cramps, itching, and tingling which stopped and turned into heat. I feel the heat in my feet and palms and I wake up at night because of the heat I feel in my torso (which is very unusual considering that is very cold where I live and that I was always feeling cold due to hypo). I still have some itching but very mild. I also have heart papilloma throughout this period.

I also need to mention that I am having mild diarrhea in the last 10 days and that I lost 1.5 kg.

4 weeks ago I started doing low carb, no sugar no gluten diet, but I lost 1.5 kg for first 3 weeks due to low metabolism.

All of these symptoms seem like hyper which doesn't make sense and maybe I am reading these symptoms wrong. I excluded any kind of poisoning and I checked my calcium and vitamin d, as well as magnesium and they, are all fine.

What might be wrong with me?

Was the brand of Levo changed when your dose was increased?

Could be a Hashi's flare up... so in a sense you may have a short term hyper phase. If you only went gluten free four weeks ago you may not have made much impact on antibody production yet.. Also what kind of Magnesium test did you have, because serum Magnesium is almost always normal? They don't test RBC levels which is far more indicative of deficiency (Carolyn Dean's book points this out). If your gut instinct is telling you to have some Magnesium to help with palps then trust your instinct.
