Saliva test showed low Cortisol levels particularly AM
T3 4.0 (3.1-6.8)
Tsh 5.08 (0.27-4.20)
T4 19.3 (12-22)
Ferritin now 69.5 (13-150)
Have moved T4 75 mg to nighttime to see if helps sleep and am symptoms
Not sure if need to supplement for high or low cortisol?
Couldn't see any folate test result in recent posts or your profile
Your vitamin D is still too low. 2000iu may not be high enough dose
Are you supplementing magnesium too?
Have you had coeliac blood test yet?

Coeliac done few years ago was negative
Folate not sure of numbers but think it was low..will check it out

According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps, sometimes significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
Many, many of us test negative for coeliac but are gluten intolerant

What time of day was your blood taken? Your cortisol levels are high & probably needs further investigation. Being on an oestrogen, either contraceptive pill or HRY will cause cortisol to rise. Do you have any other symptoms like rapid weight gain especially around your tummy? Do you have trouble sleeping, acne on your face, high blood pressure? With a cortisol level that high you need to look at why it is high but don't start any supplements until you have been further tested.
