Hi
Could you add all the 'normal' ranges in brackets please.
However , your TSH is too high. Have you seen your doctor / Endo since this result? Were you given an increase of Levothyroxine? 25mcg ?
Always best to give full details when posting results - dates of tests, ranges, how long on dose at time of test.

Just testing TSH is completely inadequate.
TSH over 2 is very likely too high and you almost certainly need 25mcg dose increase in Levothyroxine
Official NHS guidelines saying TSH should be between 0.2 and 2.0 when on Levothyroxine
(Many of us need TSH nearer 0.2 than 2.0 to feel well)
See box

You need FT3 and FT4 tested
plus have you ever had TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested to see if the cause of hypothyroidism is due to autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto's?
Low vitamins are EXTREMELY common, especially with Hashimoto's
Your vitamin results, please can you add ranges
You need vitamin D tested
See GP and ask for thyroid antibodies tested (if never been done) , 25mcg dose increase in Levothyroxine and vitamin D testing
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose increase. Dose increases in 25mcg steps until TSH is around one and FT4 towards top of range and FT3 at least half way in range
Extremely common to need ongoing regular vitamin testing and supplements in order to maintain vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin at adequate levels
