Do you wear a loose fitting hat & scarf. Just have to keep head covered when out and get inside for warmth asap.

Have you tried cupping hands over nose and mouth and breathe out gently.

Yes I’ve done what you said and kept my head warm. It helped a little

I’ve been putting my hood up when out. But I’ve been sitting in a hot hospital ward(visiting) and it’s felt so cold. It’s driving me daft! And uncomfortable too

I have this too, seems it could be a reaction to one of the meds. I take. maybe you too. I have had Raynaud's for many years but cold nose recent!

It can be a symptom of Raynaud's Syndrome nhs.uk/conditions/raynauds/

I have Raynauds too. Always had cold nose. Used to be called 'Rudolf' in school in winter. Had neglected Hashimoto's / Hypothyroidism for decades, so sure there's a connection.

I've had it a bit to but only late evening when indoors and in bed sometimes. Maisegray link was brilliant it fits for me but as I get it infrequently I think mine is related to stress/tiredness but will now monitor more

I get it all the time, that and freezing cold hands. Also assume it is due to being undermedicated...

I’m medicated just right. The endo I saw on Monday I trust

It's good you found a good endo, that's lucky! :-) Are you not able to ring him and ask about it?

I suppose I could but I have a doctors appointment tomo so I see what he says first..

I don't trust GPs to know much (or care), but good luck anyway!

I had this from about age 10 until I finally switched to T3 only when I was 40-something!

I'm trying to get a little T3 from my Endo! Nose not as bad as it has been though.
