I used to have freezing legs and feet. No more, I'm happy to say.

Try this home remedies: 2 -3 big size table spoon of celery boil into 500 ml mustered oil .just boil on medium flame and then add the rice water and boil it at once again..Start regular massage in circular motion continuously 100 each side.total will be 200 circular motions at night before sleep after that massage your calves with the same oily hands.then coverup this whole part (knees to ankle) with soft little warm clothe.either It can be a warm soft legging or long stockings.Do it atleast 6 months properly ..but start with only for one month..but regularly..It really works actually.I give massage to my mom and even to my self .try this😊

My knees have always been my thermostat. If they are cold on the inside (right in, under the kneecap) I have no chance if getting warm, especially in bed.

I always find that if I can get them to warm up I can get really toasty and sleep better. Hot water bottle and blanket normally does the trick but could look a bit odd if you do that when you're at work unfortunately

Maybe some of those tubular bandages they use for sports injuries could help insulate the knees under trousers or jeans. ☺

Joanne,

I do and always have.

It feels like they are in a freezing drought even when there is none.

Most of my body temperature issues have rectified with balanced thyroid hormones but my knees remain cold and sometimes hurt.

I always wear a pashmina around my neck, so when out I can fold it like a little blanket and drape across my knees ( like an old lady ! ).

I often wear leg warmers pulled up over my knees when at home ( very 80's - lol ).

My stomach often feels cold to the touch. Maybe that is why I get constipation.

Bum, stomach, thighs, upper arms, and hands for me. But now you mention it, my knees are cold to the touch.

I'm surprised to hear all the different places people get cold! My spine is the worst, gets cold easily and hard to warm up. I just assumed everyone got the same.

I don't have the ice cold knees but I get the cold burning pain in my bicep area, it is so painful and can't do anything to lessen the pain

Yes, it's strange isn't it?

I was at the theatre tonight and had to take a layer of clothing off because I was warm - then ended up draping the clothing over my knees because they were cold.

I don't wear nighties or pj's in bed because I get too warm, but I wear bed socks because my feet are cold, I just can't win!

Yes, mine are burning too, it's so hard to get rid of this feeling. Have to sleep in my knickers with my knees out. Even the rubbing if the covers gets it worse. I find temperature control in general a real problem...
