Blood test
Also serum triiodothyronine 3,6

What is the reference range for serum triiodothyronine 3,6 and is this Free T3 or Total T3?
What thyroid meds are you on?
Are you taking any supplements?
(3.8-6.0) just say free125 gm. Med
125 gm. Med
I take that to be 125mcg Levo?? It helps if you can be specific.
TSH: 0.06 (0.35-3.5)
FT4: 21 (8-21)
FT3: 3.6 (3.8-6.0)
Comments are exactly the same as in reply to your post of 8 months ago healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
"low TSH, upper end of range FT4 and a very low FT3 [now no longer in range], your T4 to T3 conversion is poor and you would benefit from the addition of T3." You need a bit less Levo and some T3 added.
Ferritin is recommended to be half way through range so yours could do with increasing to around 162. Eating liver regularly can help raise ferritin.
B12 is low. According to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
You could supplement with sublingual methylcobalamin.
Folate is just about OK, it should be at least half way through it's range.
It would be a good idea to test Vit D.
