In that case with a low TSH, upper end of range FT4 and a very low, barely in range FT3, your T4 to T3 conversion is poor and you would benefit from the addition of T3. Presumably you don't feel well?

Your zinc is low, mid-range would be better. Are your other vitamins and minerals optimal -

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

Are you addressing the Hashi's by being strictly gluten free and supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily to help reduce the antibodies?

I do take zinc supplements which the doctor gave he say they don’t give t3

No, an endo had to prescribe T3 initially and it's very hard to get it prescribed on the NHS as a new patient now. Some people manage to get a private prescription, some of us self source and self medicate with T3.
