Is this safe to take for hypothyroidism?

It gets mentioned on here quite often. Some people find it helps them to feel better, some people don't. It is taken in connection with adrenal health rather than thyroid health, I think.

What are you hoping it will achieve?

I take it in formula with other herbs to help high cortisol. It hasn't effected my hypothyroidism.

Yes I take it every night before bed with a very very small amount of warm milk ( I don't like milk ) but it's the best way to take it. I take the organic one from A online.

I have no thyroid and it has never affected my thyroid health it helps to balance the body.
