BetterYou D+K2 Spray

So I bought one of these sprays as they are often recommended. But I think I am having a senior moment!

The front of the pack says 3000IU + 75mcg K2. The back of the pack recommends 3 sprays a day. So is the 3000IU one spray or 3 sprays?.

I definitely don't need 9000IU so need to get this sorted in my head. Sorry to appear dim!

By the way Holland and Barrett are selling these for £6.66 at the moment which is cheaper than I could see online.

On their website, BetterYou says of the combined Dr/K2 spray

•3 sprays deliver 3000IU (75μg) of vitamin D plus 75μg of vitamin K2

It is the D3 3000iu (not combined with K2) that delivers 3000iu in one spray.

Do NOT supplement any vitamin K if you take any blood thinning medication including aspirin

Thank you for your sensible comment. Fortunately I do not need blood thinning medication and do not use aspirin at all as I am asthmatic.
