What is NDT?

Can someone please explain to me what NDT is and how it differs from Armour Thyroid? I was recommended a product from Thailand which says on it NDT Analytical Reference Standard and the title Thiroyd. I felt better on it that on Thyroxine but am now not sure what I was taking and in any case its proving hard to order it now for several blocks on it. I have Hashimoto's Disease for 20 plus years.

NDT = Natural Desiccated Thyroiud

Armour Thyroid is NDT

Thai Thiroyd is NDT

They're just different makes.

I believe they all use thyroid powder USP so there should be little difference other than the excipients/fillers.

SeasideSusie is correct. NDT is just the abbreviation for Natural Desiccated Thyroid. Armour, Efra, NatureThroid, NP, WP, Thyroid S, Thiroyd, TR Man etc all come under this.
