Can someone please help me interpret my lab work? I've been doing this for a while but, would like others opinion please:
TSH 3rd Gen 0.465 ref range: 0.358- 3.740
T4 Free 0.97 ref range: 0.76- 1.46
I've had many other test including vitamins but, this is just my latest. I feel awfully exhausted and my entire body aches and severe calf pain. I recently started taking T3 and it works but, then I crash when it wears off. I don't have a thyroid and my Drs insist on keeping me on synthroid 88 mcg and now luckily they added cytomel 10 mg
I need more amunision to fight for nature throid meds.
PS: I've had other testing and am taking supplements. I also have Hashimoto's and Graves and had a total thyroidectomy in February 2018
Thank you!

When you take T3 in any form, it's essential to test Free T3 as well as FT4 and TSH.
Your FT4 is low, which often happens when taking T3, but you need FT3 testing (not Total T3) to see if your dose of T3 is adequate. If your FT3 is low, that will cause symptoms.
Is your Ferritin at an optimal level, low Ferritin causes fatigue.
