Thyroid nodule

I’ve struggled with thyroid issues for many years. Recently I have noticed a tender spot on my neck (similar to what was fry on my left side and was removed: just the nodule) I wanted the other one removed, however, there was a difference in understanding what was to be done.

My Endo thought the entire thyroid was being taken out, the ENT thought it was just the nodule. Well, because my Endo didn’t want me to have no thyroid he denied my request. Uggg...

Now I can feel the lump in my neck and I take Synthroid and Cytomel. Because I’ve been feeling crappy my doctor ordered tests. I’m not sure how many he ordered and they haven’t called me but I saw my results on my online chart and the

Free T4 is .7

TSH is .03

Would the TSH level indicate a problem and might have made my nodule on my right thyroid get worse? I’ve been so stressed out and I could use some reassurance. Either way good or bad is ok at this point.

You need to add the ranges on these results

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
