You are very, very hypo. Your TSH is massively high, and your FT4 practically non-existant.

Have you seen your doctor yet, with these results? She should be starting you on 50 mcg thyroxine.

Your ferritin is also low, she she might start you on iron tablets, too.

Can't see anything else that has any direct bearing on thyroid. Did you have antibodies tested, TPO?

I have other results too but can't add them to this post for some reason

You can only add one photo to a post. I saw your other two posts, but there's nothing of interest in them, as far as I can see - apart from the low FT4. I didn't see any antibody tests.

Oh ok I am on 75 mcg a day. Just had another blood test result will be back in a couple of days but I didn't fast as it was a last minute decision from the GP this afternoon.

I will post new ones on when I get them.

I could do with educating myself on the results so I have a better understanding of it all.

Thanks for your help.

I do feel rubbish at the moment.

I imagine you do!

It's not just fasting that is important, it is having the blood draw early in the morning. The TSH is highest in the morning, and drops throughout the day. So a test done in the afternoon will have a much lower TSH result - I don't know if they do this deliberately, or if they just don't know!

If she springs a test on you like that again, you could always refuse, and say you would prefer to have it another time. Then get it done early in the morning. With your very high TSH, it probably doesn't matter, but as your TSH comes down, it will become more important to have the blood drawn early, to avoid getting your dose reduced.

😱😱 does that say TSH is 92?

Holy moly! No wonder you feel ill. Poor soul.

Greygoose is far more able to help than me, I’m a mere beginner here ( tho not with hypothyroidism). Suffice to say you need started on levo asap. I’ll leave it to Greygoose 😉

Your bp is prob sky high because of your readings. It should come down with correct medications. Refuse meds for it if you can as it’s your thyroid that needs attention
