Hi there,

I've not been posting for a while as I've been feeling okay, up until recently. My health has been improved by following the guidance on this site. I have a good endo that I'm going to see, but wanted your thoughts too please:

I am on 2.5 grains Naturethroid (tried to raise, but struggled).

Results are:

TSH 1.06 - (0.35 - 4.94)

T3 3 - (2.63-5.20)

T4 8 - (9-19)

The only real change I've made is that I have started swimming a lot more. I felt okay afterwards, so I kept going, but now I think it's having an impact. Not sleeping well, slightly lower mood etc..

So - do you feel I have to increase my dose to account for my increased exercise?

Thanks for any advice, as always.

Yes, I had to increase mine just a little also in the winter you may require an increase too.

Your FT3 is low and your TSH too high just increase by a 1/4 or half for a few weeks and see how you feel.

As you start to feel better and increase your exercise you will require more.
