I have a question pertaining to Zinc and if it’s a cause of hypothyroidism? My zinc levels are 66 and range is (60-130mcg/dl).
I have no idea if low zinc contributes to hypothyroidism but you do need sufficient zinc for good bone health, good thyroid health and good eye health.

Zinc recommended doses
Selenium and Zinc both help with thyroid hormone conversion to active T3, so in a way, yes. You would feel more hypo if you're low in Zinc. I take 30mg at night. A deficiency may require a higher dose in the short term.
Yes, zinc is very important and your level seems very low. Others have suggested some links to help you. Wishing you well.
Eat a few cashew nuts each day they will supply zinc (and a little bit of iron). I am not sure how zinc affects hypothyroidism but it's definitely good for many other things mentioned above.
