Hello how soon after taking NDT can I take magnesium?

Six hours would be best. But, at least four hours.

Why do you have to wait to take Magnesium?

Because it blocks the absorption of thyroid hormone.

I didn't know this greygoose! I take mine 1 hour after my NDT. I'll have to move it to the evening. Thanks!

Ok gosh that’s not going to be easy was going to take 2 doses a day
