Hi Sam I have been hypothyroid for 22 years and up until 3 months ago was taking only thyroxine and felt terrible

I started taking thyro gold 3 months ago and I cannot tell you how much better I feel and have lost nearly 2 stone in weight but have been watching my diet however I could never shift the weight before I was taking 150mcg of thyroxine and I emailed Tammy about dosage she suggested starting off on 1x150 of thyro gold for the first couple of weeks and to then increase it to 2x150 I have just ordered more and Tammy is really helpful and gets back to emails really quick hope this helps

Hi Sam I echo what Sally says about Tammy and the site being helpful however I am not doing as well which I'm really disappointed by and thinking of going back to levo and adding some T3 as I'm not feeling well gaining weight and thyrogold is pretty expensive x

Why not try some NDT i.e NP thyroid this one has good reviews and is pharmaceutical grade.
