I know I need to have them privately.i will wait for any offers on Thursday. But thanks for ur reply Marz😀
I would also test the B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD - ALL need to be optimal for your thyroid hormones to work correctly in the body - so add them to your thyroid tests.

A big thank you for that advice and I’ll take that on board.😀
Important to paddle your own canoe to wellness I have found What price health ? Think of all the things you could cut down on to pay for Private Testing - it has to be worth it ! I am on a reduced UK Pension here in Crete and still working at 72 - so it's important for me to keep well. I pay for my tests at the local lab and enjoy being in control !
If you still don't feel well, you need full Thyroid and vitamin testing
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have raised antibodies
Brain fog can be gluten intolerance or low vitamins or both
Just testing TSH and FT4 is completely inadequate
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
Is this how you did the test?
Yes I missed the Levo out for 24 hours 😜.
Then you need to investigate further.
Your FT4 is high in range. Without testing FT3 you don't know how good a converter you are
Thyroid antibodies should be tested at least once
Low vitamin levels can affect thyroid uptake and conversion and/or cause symptoms in their own right
