All vits together ?

Good morning everyone

I take magnesium, boron, d3 and vit C,

Usually 3-4 hours after taking levothyroxine

Is it ok to take them all together?

Is there a thread relating to vitamins and how to take them ?

Magnesium and vit D3 should be taken at least four hours after levo. I made the mistake the other day of taking mine about 2.5 hours after levo/T3 - head in the clouds, as usual - and I was completely wiped out all day. Couldn't understand what was wrong with me. Until I remembered…

Vit D3 should be taken with food - the fattiest meal of the day - it needs fat to be absorbed. Are you also taking vit K2 - MK7 with it?
