Tsh 0.05 (0.4-5.0)

T4 5. (9-19)

T3. 4.4 (2.9-4.9) this has just been lowered by the NHS btw grrrr

I've no issues at all ..perfect to me...the only part I don't like is the t4 is too high for my liking ..which could explain why some mornings I feel like my thryoid feels up , it's doing it while I sleep...

I wish they'd stop adjusting doses according to the TSH. TSH will be lower if you take T3 as well as T4. Read the second part of the following link:-

Why don't you stop the levo altogether, then? What does an 'up' thyroid feel like?

I'm not taking any, I take my last dose of T3 at 11pm, it's my body doing that ....J may see if dr will check auto immune response and see ifs it's stopped.. Kinda like a sore throat I'd say

Oh! You mean you feel as if your thyroid is swollen? Sorry, didn't understand. :)

So, you do have some thyroid function left. I don't think there's much you can do about that. Do you have Hashi's?

Yes I do have hashis 😉throxine makes me thryoid swell even worse, so I'm sure that's why it don't work with me....when I was on throxine I showed more signs of hyper than hypo...but they wouldn't accept it...mind U the thryoid meds only resolved part of my issue..

You have to remember that a lot of symptoms can be both hypo and 'hyper', so it's not always easy to go by symptoms alone. It was possible that you just weren't on enough thyroxine - enough to stop your thyroid's own production, but not enough to replace it.
