Can anyone decipher my thyroid results?

Got these results from my gp who says my results are ok? He has given me a course of iron for 3 months as it is low. I get vit b12 injections every 3 months anyway but I still feel tired. Eyesight is terrible! Weight gain and irregular periods. Have mood swings and suffer from low blood pressure. Inexplicably tired all the time? Don’t know what the normal ranges are for these tests are but can sort of tell somethings not right? Any ideas? I also have psoriatic arthritis.

I think you probably needed an iron infusion and will need iorn for longer than 3 months. I also had slightly under range iron and it took more than a year to get it up to 30 with ferrous fumarate. I'd also say that your free T4 and free T3 are too low. If not on levo, low everything suggests central hypothyroidism. If on levo, you need a dose increase.
