So there are two sets of blood results here, before and after exams, is that right? So what dates, are you taking any thyroid 'meds' or any treatment, or even diagnosed with thyroid problems eg Hashimoto's or hypothyroidism?
was diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism before: autoimmune hypothyroidism and years ago tpo anti bods was 600 2 years ago 0 and was really doing great until bull started to happen....
Ok. So you were diagnosed with Hashimoto's autoimmune antibodies two years ago, and primary hypothyroidism - at the same time? Are you on an thyroid 'meds', any change over 3 months? Still abit confused which test was which: 3 months ago your results were: TSH 4.9, FT4 19, FT3 8 or 9, cortisol 200;
recent test was TSH 0. 006, FT4 14, FT3 5.6 , cortisol 197, TPO 10 - correct? And recent tests while doing exams / stressed? I'm a bit worried you say FT3 was 8 or 9 as it suggests you haven't seen written results...someone(?who) said them for eg over phone...so how accurate are they? Ever had Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin tested, or gone on gluten free diet?
Once you have at least one of the autoimmune antibodies raised you are Hashimoto's, even when they then test negative. The vaste majority of primary hypothyroid sufferers are Hashimoto's too. I am sure you know a characteristic of Hashimoto's is fluctuating hormone levels , due to the antibodies attacking the thyroid gland as they mistakenly believe it to be 'alien', thus dead cells along with thyroid hormones are dumped into your blood stream. With every attack , or flare, more of your thyroid is destroyed. You are right about trying a gluten free diet. Same dose of 100 mcg levo and 20 mcg lio for both tests, since when, have you results for pre lio addition? You seem to have had high FT3 , the ratio of FT4 to FT3 should be between 4:1 and 3:1; so who and why have you been prescribed lio? I would have thought you would feel better without FT3, and perhaps more T4/levo. Don't know what 'lunae' are , if you know your vitamins and minerals ie VitD, b12, folate and ferritin are low then that is your priority to fix with supplements- but you need blood tests to tell you how low to make sure you supplement adequately, or even get injections. I don't know why you are worried about cortisol, perhaps someone else will comment ( mine have been nearly 800 level).
Has your doctor discussed your cortisol level with you as this would appear to be low. I have low morning cortisol levels like you and am about to have further testing to see if my adrenal glands are responding correctly. It is called an ACTH Stimulation test if you look it up on here.
